Who is the developer of the properties offered by MBCC Home?
MBCC Homes is the sole developer of the properties that we offer. With over 20 years of residential design, construction and client management experience, they bring together all of the elements necessary to provide affordable quality housing to their customer base.
How long will it take to build my home?
If construction on your home is not complete, you can anticipate your new home to be ready in approximately 150 to 180 days.
How many floor plans are available?
We use a variety of plans that meet the desires of our current customer base majority. We are not limited to a certain number of floor plans or size. See the Sales Agent for more information.
What is the price range?
The price range of our homes is $164,000 and up.

Do the homes have multiple levels?
The homes that we offer are mostly ranch style homes.
What parking accommodations are planned?
Parking accommodations for our is determined by the home plan and the lot it is placed on. Homes are available either with a 2-car garage placed underneath or a 2-car attached garage. As per the restrictions, there is no on street parking.
What are some of the standard interior features of the home?
Our homes all feature hardwood flooring throughout the living room, dining room, and foyer. The laundry room and bathrooms are tile flooring with granite countertops. The kitchen appliances include range, microwave and dishwasher.
Are water and sewer private or public?
Our homes all have public water and is on an individual septic system per home.
What utilities will I be paying as a resident and who are the service providers?

Is there a warranty with the homes offered by MBCC Homes?
The homes offered by Martin Brown Construction are insured for 10 years after purchase.
Will the homes have decks, patios or walk out basements?
There is a comprehensive Builders One Year Limited Warranty in place
A 2 year Systems “Inside the Walls” warranty and
A 10 Year Structural Warranty.
All MBCC homes will have a some covered and deck depending on the location and plan, some will have walk out basements.
Will the homes have fireplaces?
Most of the floor plans will include propane gas fireplaces.
Are there any homes with full basements?
Yes. It is possible to have a home with a full basement, if there is a lot available that will accommodate a full basement.
Are pets allowed?
MBCC Developments does allow common household pets. Pets should be leashed when outside or in an approved fence.
Are outdoor grills allowed?
Grills may be situated on the homeowner’s deck or back yard area.
How will the outside grounds be developed?
Each homeowner will be responsible for the maintenance of their home and grounds, see the restrictions for further details.
Does the builder have financing options available to buyers?
